Organizer approval
The exhibition organizer alone approves buyer participation and any hospitality benefits. The agency coordinates your application and does not guarantee approval.
International flights
International flights are not listed among the organizer-advertised benefits. Budget for your own airfare unless a different arrangement is explicitly confirmed in writing.
Accommodation
Selected qualified buyers may receive organizer-supported accommodation. Dates and coverage differ per event and require written confirmation from the organizer.
Visas
Invitation letters and documentation guidance may be available, but visa decisions rest solely with the competent authorities.
