Services are tailored to each company and delegation, so fees depend on the agreed scope of support and are confirmed in writing before any commitment. Applying is free — payment is due only after official organiser approval and signature of the service agreement.
Organizer benefits
Hospitality benefits such as accommodation or transfers are offered and approved by the exhibition organizers, subject to their criteria and written confirmation. They are separate from agency services.
