Who can apply?
Registered companies with relevant import, distribution, procurement or sourcing interests may apply. The agency reviews company profiles; each exhibition organizer makes the final eligibility and approval decision.
Are international flights included?
International flights are not listed among the organizer-advertised benefits. Budget for your own airfare unless a different arrangement is explicitly confirmed in writing.
Are hotel accommodations complimentary?
Selected qualified buyers may receive organizer-supported accommodation. Global Food Pro advertises 12–15 May 2027. Bharat Buildcon advertises 2 June afternoon check-in to 5 June morning check-out, while the exhibition ends on 6 June — final travel arrangements require written confirmation.
Who approves applications?
The exhibition organizer approves buyer participation and any hospitality benefits. Lead to India coordinates the application and does not guarantee approval.
Can two people from one company participate?
You may request more than one participant. Approval and hospitality coverage for each person depend on the organizer’s criteria and capacity; do not assume all participants are covered.
Is a visa guaranteed?
No. Invitation letters and documentation guidance may be available, but the relevant authorities alone decide visa applications.
Can a company attend both events?
Yes, you can express interest in both. Each application is assessed separately, with travel and programme arrangements confirmed for each event.
Are participants required to purchase products?
Participation is intended for genuine business sourcing and discussions. No purchasing obligation has been confirmed in the supplied materials. Any commercial agreement is negotiated independently by the parties.
What does Lead to India charge?
Lead to India provides tailored delegation services, so fees depend on the scope of support your company needs and are confirmed in writing before any commitment. Applying is free and non-binding; payment takes place only after organiser approval, under a signed service agreement. Organizer hospitality and agency services are separate.
What happens after submitting an application?
You receive a unique reference after your application is saved. The agency reviews your profile, may request supporting commercial documents and coordinates submission to the organizer. Applying is not confirmation of participation.
