What we collect

When you submit a buyer application or inquiry, we collect the information you provide: company details, contact person name, position, business email, phone number, sourcing interests and related business information. We do not request passports or sensitive identity documents through this website.

Why we process it

We process this data to review your eligibility, communicate with you, and coordinate your application with exhibition organizers. With your optional consent, we may send occasional updates about future programmes.

Application performance measurements

To assess the application process, we record a random identifier for each visit, exhibition selection, form-start and step-completion events, successful submission and elapsed time. These measurements do not contain names, contact details or field contents and do not use a persistent tracking cookie. Elapsed time includes periods when the form is idle or another tab is open; it is not active interaction time. Aggregated measurements for the last 90 days are available only to authorised agency administrators. A visit without submission may be counted as an inferred drop-off after 24 hours without a recorded event, not as a confirmed abandonment.

International transfers

Coordinating your application may involve transferring your data to exhibition organizers and partners outside the EU/EEA, including in India. Where required, appropriate safeguards are applied; an acknowledgement checkbox alone does not make a transfer lawful.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing, by writing to hello@leadtoindia.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

Retention

Application data is kept for the duration of the delegation programme and a reasonable period afterwards, unless a longer retention is required by law.
